I was born in Munich, Germany. After completing my secondary education, I moved to Turkey and continued on studying Persian Language and Literature at Istanbul University. Whilst going to school I started my working career, becoming an expert in the export industry.

I married my wonderful husband in 2003 and when my most precious daughter was born in 2008, I first discovered the art of amigurumi crocheting.

I live in Istanbul, Turkey. I speak Turkish, German, English and can read some Ottoman language.
